In Orlando last month, Filta franchisees celebrated success at FiltaCon 2023, which was themed “Take It To The Max.” Our annual convention brought together more than 140 owners, technicians, staff, and their families. The event took place over three days and featured networking, awards, business innovation, and celebrations.

Filta Franchisees Celebrated Success at FiltaCon 2023
Keri Gardner and Joe Andrean earned our new Brand Ambassador Award for their commitment to their Long Island community and the marketing associated with that. Melissa Smith-Hignite won Salesperson of the Year for her work with Terry Walkerly in Ohio.
Arlo Cross was recognized as Operations Manager of the Year for his exemplary work in Allen Whitehead’s Pennsylvania territory and Gary “CJ” Johnson was named Tech of the Year for his outstanding customer service in Mississippi for Marcie Taylor’s and Trent Carlos’ territories. Clay Belote from Louisiana earned the Outstanding Franchisee Service Award for being a great franchise neighbor and going above and beyond to help Marcie Taylor. Sam Merrill and Aaron Yates from Florida won the Recruiting Award and the White Glove Award went to Rusty Ryan and Rick Clark from San Antonio, TX and Sarasota, FL respectively.
